We accept the cancellation of the order before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled, you will be fully refunded. We will not cancel the order if the product is already shipped. Please note that we will not be able to alter your order after it has been fulfilled. Most orders are fulfilled within 24 – 48 hours (Mon – Fri) after the order has been placed.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns on products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your article must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. After receiving your returned item in the original packaging with the purchase receipt, we will refund your money within 2 – 7 business days.

Clearance items may only be returned for exchange or store credit. A refund is not permitted. Also note, we do not refund shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned item. We also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or to your original payment method, within the stipulated period.
